The owner is very friendly and super helpful. Contacted me before my arrival to offer help to communicate with the driver to get to the hotel.
Got the balcony room with the mountain view which is very attractive during sunset.
The property is clean and meet my overall expectations
There is leakage of water in the toilet so make the floor wet. A bit difficult to move around even with the floor towel. But that can be fixed. Not a major issue.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen with a microwave. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Above all, the owner and his family were remarkably polite, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

The host is welcoming and nice. The location is absolutely prime - v close to old tblisi where everything is. The balcony has good view. No problem in finding the place and amenities were decent.

Delicious and hearty breakfast with rice, sausage, veggies, and hot drinks. Friendly staff. Flexible check-in time; we arrived very late (4 am), and check-in was smooth.
