    Initially we are reluctant to stay longer than 2days. But when we experience a English speaking staff Ms Anna & very clean hotel room we book again the remaining 3days stay. We love the place with perfect view overlooking Kura river. In total we feel relax throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

    Pros: cheap, good atmosphere, friendly staff, next to Holly Trinity. Cons: far away from the centre, only way in and out is walking

    Worst experience so far from all the hotels. We checked in at 11:00pm and when the employee showed us our room we did not see that the window is covered with bricks due to curtains covering it and late evening hours. However, I woke up at 7am and could not understand why it is so dark in the room. When I approached the window I saw that is covered with bricks and there is no natural sunlight can pass through, which made me feel very uncomfortable. At 9am I approached the front desk and the male receptionist told me that “why I thought that our room has to have window?” Saying that the photo on the website is just an example, not the actual room we will get. I asked to change the room, but he told me that he showed us the room yesterday night before we checked in and next time we should inspect the room better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t not cancel the rest of the reservation since the room was booked for three nights. Then the female front desk receptionist arrive and offered us to call the manager to see what they can offer. However, when she called the owner of the hotel I overheard the owner cursing us in Russian language. I end up paying extra for a three beds room with window. Terrible experience
