Crowonder Sun&Fun Holiday House with Large Swimming Pool, Playroom and Garden

Nice location, about 8 minutes to the beach by feet. Free parking, amazing barbecue fireplace with all necessities. Very friendly host and cool swimming pool, place to play billiard and ping pong, even the playground for the smallest tourists. Big Apartment with all necessities, three separate bedrooms for 10 people.

There is no air conditioning in separate rooms, only two units in big dining area, so you have make them running all the day to cool down all bedrooms.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment mit Pool war großartig. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sehr sauber und ideal für unsere Familie. Wir hatten genügend Platz, um uns zu entspannen und gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Die Lage war ruhig und friedlich, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Stränden, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die Natur zu genießen. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight für unsere Kinder, und wir konnten dort viele schöne Stunden verbringen. Alles war so gestaltet, dass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub in schöner Umgebung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

The pool is very nice The owner was kind

The property was acceptable overall, but several issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. • Cleanliness: The apartment was only moderately clean. A thorough deep cleaning is definitely needed at least every three months. The outdoor grill was unusable as it was in a very poor, unhygienic condition. • Communication: The agency informed us that we could request fans, but when we asked the owner, he explained that he would need to purchase them. We didn’t want him to incur additional expenses, but it was clear the agency misinformed us and never apologized. • Furniture & safety: The beds were uncomfortable. The wardrobes are extremely light and unstable, which is dangerous for children — they could easily fall over. When we mentioned this, the only suggestion was to put heavy items inside (e.g., a suitcase), which is not an appropriate solution. • Comfort: There are no mosquito nets on the windows, which made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. Unfortunately, dead mosquitoes were visible on the walls. • Check-in/out policy: Although we understood that check-in was only possible from 4 pm because the previous guests left at noon, it was disappointing that we were not allowed to stay until noon on our departure day under the same conditions. In summary, the house has potential, but it requires more attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, and safety to be truly enjoyable
