Not suitable for families

It was simple, clean, the pool was good. The host is nice and friendly.

We stayed as a family of 5 and unfortunately found that the apartment was too small and not suitable for this number of guests. The kitchen was very tiny, with no dining table, chairs, armchairs, or even a sofa — just beds to sleep on. There was no space to eat inside the apartment, and the only option was a shared terrace, which was constantly occupied by other guests who were smoking, drinking, and playing cards or dice from morning until night. It was impossible to have a comfortable breakfast or dinner with our children, and the whole house smelled like cigarette smoke. When it rained, we had nowhere to spend time — either lying on the beds or sitting on the terrace in the smoke. We mentioned our concerns to the host, but she said those were her regular guests who come every year, and she seemed more concerned about their comfort than ours. We couldn’t open windows as all the smell went inside. It was hot inside, no air conditioning and no possibility to open the windows because of the smoke of other guests. There should be a rule about smoking in the shared areas especially if there are families with kids in your place. Also it would be correct to put big groups and families to bigger apartments. If you don’t have bigger apartments, so do not rent small ones to big groups. Overall, we felt uncomfortable during our stay and tried to spend as little time as possible at the property. We were looking forward to leaving.

Great owners and beautiful place

That was a pleasure to stay in Marija's apartment. Inside is everything you need, most of the time we spent outside: on the beach and around swimming pool. Place is super clean for all the time, owner Marija cares about it every single day. Place is good for quite and polite people. But most important thing for me was a family's atmosphere. Marija and her sons are so helpful and familiar people. They made my holiday. Thank you so much once again.

We booked this accommodation for a long stay at the seaside, for almost 30 days. We ran away after three. Firstly, we saw apartments 20% smaller than what was written - not 25 square meters, but 20, this is a significant difference. The landlady smiled deceitfully and said that this was the site's mistake, not theirs, which was not true. The kitchen was in a narrow corridor - and later it turned out that there was NO hot water in the tap - how could we wash dishes?? There was no extractor hood - steam and smoke were under the ceiling!! The hairdryer was in the bathroom, but there was no socket))) In general, it's terrible, their apartments should be removed from advertising, this is an indecency for such a reputable site.

Amazing property! Clean, comfortable and tge pool really made our stay fantastic.

We loved staying here! The AC worked great, the apartment had everything we needed and the pool was great so we could enjoy a refreshing swim in the middle of the day without having to walk/drive to the beach. Marija and Vladimir were amazing hosts - very kind and made sure we had eveything we needed

Marija and Vladimir are great characters and very kind and helpful. Our accommodation was excellent value for money and served our needs for a 4 night stay. There is a well kept pool area surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs. We had the use of a large shared balcony overlooking the pool and this was a calm and pleasant place to relax. The location of the property is perfect for a choice of beaches, a large Spar supermarket and some restaurants and all were within walking distance which was important to us. We would definitely stay at Apartments Marija again.

Beautiful Bibinje!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool area was so clean and relaxing. The studio apartment was an ample size, very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Air con was excellent and much needed for the high temperatures! The studio had access to a shared balcony which overlooked the pool where you could enjoy your meals. It very much felt like a home from home. We were made to feel very welcome. Marija was the perfect host. She is passionate and caring. The beach is super close, where you can admire breathtaking views and sunsets. Suitable footwear is advised with it being a pebble beach. There is a supermarket up the road and restaurants are all within 15 minutes walking distance. Bikes are also available for guests to use but the walk didn't bother us! We would definitely return in the future for a longer stay. Thank you!

We were picked up from the airport by Marija's nice son for a small extra charge. We received a very warm welcome and all our wishes were taken care of. She always assured herself that everything was fine. We would choose this accommodation again and again. And besides, Marija is a very good baker. The apartment was very cozy and clean. It is fantastic to have breakfast on the terrace.We also received many recommendations and tips for activities and restaurants. We were even allowed to use the bikes

Amazing stay with amazing hosts!

Marija is a fantastic person, always in a good mood. We were with 7 months baby, and she asked every day if everything was ok. She is so thoughtful. Her son Vladimir took us from the airport and also was very helpful. I highly recommend a vacation in their place. Everything was always clean - the pool as well. The apartment was near the sea, and the center was also close.

The apartment was nice and clean. a beautiful terrace and a lovely pool. Maria and her son Vladimir was very kind and helpful. they helped us with transport from and to the airport. they lend us bikes so we could explore beautiful Bibinje.

Some bigger towels in the bathroom would have been good. otherwise perfect!

Everything was great. Warm pool. Near to the beach and city centre. Ground floor apartment was clean and big enough for mum, dad, 6 monhts old boy and grandma. There was everything what you need for your holiday. Mrs. Marija is very nice, polite and friendly owner of this apartment house and she helps you with everything what you need and she speaks English on very good level. We hope that we can meet next year on our holiday in Croatia.

Our week in Bibinje at Marije’s apartment was amazing! She is a wonderful host, very kind, very attentive and she made our stay a really nice experience. The apartment was clean, she irons the bedsheets… just really amazingly neat. The pool area was also kept very well, beautiful plants and a big bougainvillea tree right next to it…We asked Marije for some restaurant recommendations and that turned out to be great as well. I can only speak in awe and we are definitely planning on going back! Marije is the best… really good person, made us feel like at home! Thank you once again, wishing her all the best in life ❤️

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the large double bed so comfortable. The pool, terrace with kiwi and grapes as green shade, apartment size and kitchen. Very nice and friendly hosts Maria and her son Vladimir. If you need anyting just ask them 🙂, again very friendly.

A home away from home

Marija and her son Vladimir are good souls. They take care of your every need. They are hard working and people with big hearts. The apartment is spotless clean and my bed very comfortable. The location of the apartment is near big supermarkets and you have the beach at walking distance. Good value for money. It's just a pity that I stayed only for a short time here but I will be back. I highly recommend Marija's apartment.

Marija was really friendly and the apartment was extremely clean and equiped! Furniture could be newer, but it was not a problem at all. Pool was really great for kids and Marija and her family took care of us, home-mase meal included! Beach is really close, as well as fastfood with tasty meals. Last thing - the water runs really well which is not very standard in apartments by the sea. Hope to come back some day!

We were more than happy with this apartment :-). Maria is very friendly and easy going…simply the best land lady ,-). She makes sure, you have all you need there. We were there during ''corona time'' and got from Maria special offer: much bigger apartment for same price which was super clean and equiped with very good taste. There is also nice swimming pool. Beautiful beach with crystal clear water is just 5 minutes walk. Big supermarket is 10 minutes away. Bibinje center 15 minutes walk. We highly recomend it!!!! Thank you Maria :-)

The hosts were superb Marija and Vladimir were always available whenever needed and were very kind to give some notes on what to see, where to go nearby. We had a pretty new apartment. Everything was working well. Wifi was very good, Air Condition as well. We also had our own terrace. The pool is very nice, big enough. All of that makes the place very pleasant to stay. The shop is a few minutes walk and also some beach within walking distance as well. However, at the end is good to have a car here.

Lokalizacja bardzo komfortowa, niespełna 10 km od Zadaru. Bezproblemowo można dostać się Boltem za ok. 6-10e. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, właściciele mili i sympatyczni, gotowi rozwiązać każdy problem. Niedaleko znajduje się mała piekarnia, market Spar, Bipa, Fast Food Dora itd. Do dyspozycji gości są rowery, murowany grill. Apartament bardzo czysty i schludny. Mieliśmy całe piętro dla siebie z dużym tarasem i bezpośrednim zejściem do basenu. Piękna roślinność i spokojna okolica.

Smród kanalizacji w całym budynku był nie do zniesienia. Chciało się wymiotować…W naszym apartamencie nie było nawet odświeżacza, musieliśmy o niego poprosić, nic nie dawał, ubrania nieubrane prześmierdły…a Chorwacja była przystankiem w naszej podróży… Apartament to lata 80. Zdjęcia mocno rozjaśnione. Rezerwując poprosiliśmy o dostawkę dla Naszego syna (poniżej roku), nawet nie było tam materaca a sam połamany karton… postawiona tuz przy gniazdku z zapachem owadobójczym… Syn, który woli spać sam musiał spać z Nami na łóżku co wiązało się z naszym niewyspaniem… Spaliśmy jeszcze w 2 innych miejscach i wszędzie dostawka dla dziecka była niesamowicie wyposażona i BEZPIECZNA. Tylko jeden leżak przy basenie nie był połamany. Podróżujemy bardzo dużo, pierwszy raz jesteśmy niezadowoleni. Cofając się w czasie żałujemy, że nie znaleźliśmy nowego noclegu.

L'endroit est super, c'est une très jolie villa, avec magnifique piscine et excellente terrasse. Nous avons eu une chambre confortable, avec salle de bain privée et une confortable kitchenette. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé (tous les couvercles, bouilloire, frigo, sèche cheveux, télé). Nous avons mangé le petit déjeuner sur la magnifique terrasse. Le magasin est à 5 minutes,la plage à proximité. Marija et son fils Wladimir sont super sympas, accueillants, parlent très bien anglais et sont prêts à conseiller ce qui est à faire, manger ou voir en Croatie. Grand merci pour ce séjour 💕

Muss man hin!

Mein Sohn (11Jahre) und ich (44 Jahr) waren leider nur für 8 Tage Gast bei Marija und ihrem Sohn Vladimir. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir überaus freundlich begrüßt. Uns wurden direkt die wichtigsten Informationen und auch viele nützliche Insider-Tipps mitgegeben. Auch über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt waren Marija und Vladimir bei Fragen behilflich. Die beeindruckende Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber und die sauberen, individuell, gemütlich gestalteten Räume sind Gründe genug hier hoffentlich bald wieder zu kommen. Danke! Wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt.
