The property was excellent for 3 adults and 2 children and the owners very welcoming. They left wine and coffee and the washing machine was a real bonus with 2 children. We were able to arrive early and the owner arranged a taxi for our departure flights. We found there was an excellent supermarket close by and ate a wonderful dinner in the local hotel by the beach one evening.

very clean nice apartment just a bit frustrating

easy to find but no available car parking as promised. key was not in lockbox had to wait for cleaner to get in. iron didnt work. then whole apartment had black out. no tea coffee supplied.

Lovely apartment for a family group

Spacious apartment with outside terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms was excellent for a family group, coffee machine, local amenities (supermarket, cafes, pizzeria) and bus stops right outside for trips up and down the coast.

It was along way (over 1 km) from the centre of town and main beach.

Wonderful place

Everything was really great and the icecream bar downstairs was totally wonderful. The 4 balconies was a great bonus and I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay close to Rome by the sea.

Apartment was only 20 minutes from the train station walk

Had everything we needed, except for a corkscrew and it would’ve been nice if there’s a couple of sunbeds on one of the balconies to stretch out on in the sunshine

There was a some traffic noise but we new about it in advance, and it could do with a really good clean up outside a lot of rubbish on the path leading up to the apartment

Wonderful apartment for families and friends

The apartment is wonderful for families or friends of up to 8 people, Two of which would have to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The fact that the apartment has two bathrooms makes it especially convenient for this amount of guests. As for relaxation: the nearest small beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The host of the apartment responds very quickly and adequately to all messages on Booking.com. Also to questions regarding the area. Late night arrivals are possible, which was very useful for us.

We did not do enough homework on the general area surrounding Santa Marinella. We were hoping to do multiple day trips to historical towns nearby such as is possible in the province of Tuscany. We didn't realize that this particular area doesn't have many of such historic towns within a one hour distance. The area surrounding Santa Marinella focuses mainly on domestic tourism and not so much on international tourists.

A good overnight stopping point prior to us boarding our Cruise. owner was very communicate and overall experience was e

well equipped and comfortable beds and plenty of room for our party of five.

situated above a bar that had live music on Saturday night, so was very noisy until 1am. it didn’t bother us too much, but may not be suitable for those with young children. It may not have been a regular occurrence as it wasn’t mentioned in any other reviews.

A good apartment that could be even better if the external areas were maintained in a better state.

Good supermarket, restaurant & cafe less than 100m away and another supermarket, restaurants & a few shops just a little further walk. Apartment inside was clean & spacious for the 2 of us. Though there is no allocated car space, we were able to find a space every night directly behind the building for the week.

External of building was not appealing. It had a run down look & the shared entry was not as clean as we would expect. There is quite a lot of traffic on the road out front. It didn't really bother us but, we mention it because the noise may bother some people.

Mooi appartement aan de kust.

Mooi appartement, midden in het stadje. Alle belangrijke winkels dichtbij. Het appartement is mooi compleet, voldoende spullen om ook zelf te koken. Alle kamers hebben airconditioning, dus temperatuur is nooit een probleem. Bij aankomst lag koffie, water wijn en wat te eten klaar, geeft een welkom gevoel. Aardige beheerder.

Het appartement ligt aan de doorgaande weg. Hierdoor is er veel te zien, maar het is ook lawaaierig.

Molto spaziosa e accogliente per un soggiorno di gruppo.

La struttura è posizionata vicino al mare, circa 5 min a piedi. È molto spaziosa e soprattutto pulita, è dotata di asciugamani e lenzuola pulite, bicchieri, piatti pentole e posate. Le camere sono molto spaziose e anche la zona giorno. La signora è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Consiglio vivamente!

Günstige, große Unterkunft- perfekt mit Auto nach Rom City

Größe der Wohnung (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Küche), Klimaanlage, günstige Unterkunft nahe Rom, in der Hauptsaison mit Strand (wir waren im Oktober, da war am Strand gar nichts los, auch die meisten Cafés und Bars hatten leider geschlossen) Tipp: Wer nach Rom fährt: 1 stunde von der Unterkunft aus ins Parkhaus Ludovisi, das kostet 20€/Tag Stand 10/2024 und ist direkt bei der spanischen Treppe.

Leicht schimmelig im Bad, Geräusche von der Straße - Stadtkindern wird das nicht viel ausmachen
