About this cottage rental

The cottage is within walking distance to Geneva-on-the-Lake and all its attractions. This is a two bedroom cottage.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, small closet.
Bedroom two has a bunk with a full on bottom and single on top.
One bathroom that has custom single tile shower.
Kitchen has shaker cabinets with an island that has granite counter.
We have an eating nook with bench seating surrounded by windows.
Enjoy the small sunroom for relaxing, reading or enjoying each others company.

This property has an outdoor security camera system installed.

FOR BIGGER GROUPS****
This cottage has a sister cottage (listing #507926 Firefly Cottage) on the same parcel that can also be rented out together for bigger groups, or by itself for small groups. Either way we tried to keep them separate from each other so they both have their own outdoor space and privacy if rented alone.

Short drive to State Park Beach, Spire Institute and wineries. Walking distance to GOTL strip and Township Park.

Please Note: The cottage has a supply room that is only accessible to workers. We own several properties in the are and occasionally they will walk over to use this room. They will do their best not to bother you and will not need to access any part of the cottage that you will be renting. If you see a worker and need anything they can help you out as well.
Cottage is not wheel chair accessible

Loved the location, the fire pit, house was super clean. May want to bring your own board games or cards. We didn't realize the the town closes week after bike week (last weekend) so a lot of places were closed but even with the extra quiet it was great to recharge.

For the money being spent, a keurig or at the very least a kettle would have been good to have. The second bedroom door doesnt fit right and will wake up the house when opening and closing it at night. Master bedroom ceiling fan could also use some love. Suggest putting a sign on the side door that reminds visitors to use the backdoor.

We loved our stay. Very clean place, great decor and comfortable. We were surprised to have to wash the dishes by hand. A bit concerned that the people before may have not washed them thoroughly enough- just used to places having a dishwasher. Perhaps liquid shower gel in the shower because I didn’t know there wasn’t any and didn’t bring it. Very concerned about staining towels. I know we didn’t, but concerned about it because of the signs and what was written in host notes. I know not all people know how to treat properties with respect, but the three of us would always treat property respectfully. We really enjoyed our stay!! Great place!!!
