The shower was difficult to maintain a suitable temperature. It was scalding hot or cold. In the middle low pressure. The toaster would not stay in the down position. Needs replaced. The fire pit was amazing with all the supply of wood. Lamps downstairs would help. Overall, great location especially if you like live bands as the East End stage is just behind the fence. We were satisfied and enjoyed the experience.

There was some trash left under the futon/couch and under the bedside table/bed area. Mouse traps sitting out everywhere, very visible. Might want to replace steps to the front porch, they appeared a little worn out. Listing agent very attentive and friendly. Biker bar next door got a little loud at times. Not horrible but probably will not stay again.
