Welcome to East End Cottages (Cabin #1 of 4). This 440 sq. ft. cabin was completely renovated in 2016. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double size bed and with a pull-out sofa bed this cabin sleeps 6. The property, located only 300 feet from the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, enables easy walking access to all of the local attractions; while our cozy cabin provides for a quiet escape from all the festivities. There are 3 additional cottages located on this property and combined can accommodate large parties up to 25. Perfect for family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and wine tours.

We had a great time ! The only thing we thought might be nice is ceiling fans in bedrooms for air movement at nite cause we shut the doors but got stuffy in there … the beds are super soft

Stayed here with my wife, sister and her boyfriend for a quick weekend getaway. Very convenient location to almost everything on the Strip in GOTL which is what we wanted. Area was relatively quiet which was a concern as you are towards the end of the strip and there isn't too much commotion around you. Cottage isn't large by any means and the bedrooms are close together (share a wall) so if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors, just know that its tight. For eating breakfast and as a home base, however, it was perfect. Has a little outdoor area (firepit) but we didn't use it as we spent one night out in GOTL and one day out on a wine country tour (which was a convenient drive from the departure location at the Conference Center). Overall, a nice stay.

This is our 4th annual stay. We love how close it is to the strip. Accommodations are always clean and fresh. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a fire, picnic and play space for the kids. Outdoor tv and picnic area as well. We hope to continue visiting this property for many years to come.

Fantastic..couldn't have a more cleaner, nicer cottage. The outdoor picnic pavilion was a hit with the big TV screen, chairs, picnic tables and grill. Would recommend and hope to come back next year!

My husband and took a weekend trip to GOTL for our anniversary. Although the weather could have been better, the accommodations could not. I imagine in the summer it’s the perfect location as it was within walking distance to the strip.

We enjoyed our weekend away. The cottage is very cute, clean and bright. We slept well and appreciated everything that was provided. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor space but it looked lovely. Martha is a great host and very responsive. The location of the cottage is perfect with it being so close to local restaurants, bars, Lake Erie and lots of wonderful wineries.

We really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cottage! We were in town for a wedding and it was a great location to the lodge. Walkable to the strip but far enough away from the noise. Super clean and comfortable beds! The Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. Although we didn’t have time to use it there was a great outdoor space with fire pits and a pavilion with tv. We would definitely recommend staying at Martha’s! Loved all the little touches and decor. Thank you Martha for a wonderful experience!

Martha’s cabin was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the “strip” for meals. Also the drive to the beach at the State park was very easy to travel to from the cabin. This was my first visit to Geneva-on-the-lake so I didn't know what to expect. It is hard to judge a rental by the pictures- it seems they are never what was advertised. That was not the case with this rental. We loved this adorable little cabin. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. It was close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away that we couldn't hear any of the noise from the strip. It was so quiet in the evening. We enjoyed sitting around the fire making mountain pies and s'mores. The Geneva State Park and beach is about ten minutes away. Martha was excellent with her communications. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends. We hope to return sometime in the near future.

Although we had a unwanted walk in when we checked in the owner quickly got the cleaner lady there and fixed it up to correct standards! I'm just greatful she was easy to contact and got it done quickly! Our experience was a blast, we utilized the outdoor TV to watch to UFC fights and had friendly neighbors who joined in in the fun and fire talk!

The property was as advertised. My wife and I spent a night here and it was such a great stay. The cabin was just the right size and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us as well. I would definitely stay here again.
