It is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home which can sleep 8 or more. It has a pull out sofa in the living room.It has a new modern kitchen and newly refurbished family room and bedrooms. It has a lanai ,beautiful landscaping, new gas grill and host of other amenities. Free WiFi in the entire home, outdoor shower with hot water. The home is close to many local attractions such as a national park (7min drive), a huge municipal beach (7min walk) with restaurants, shops, activities (tennis, volleyball, cooking etc)

The house is spacious, well equipped and very clean. We were in town to work an event, and it met all our needs.The host and property manager quickly addressed all our questions/issues. Definitely would stay here again.

Property was great. Had to drain the water off the air handler to get ac coooling again. No problem.

Whole family raved about short walk to the ocean and the many gathering places in the house, big benefit with 8 adults. Football watchers had their room but still felt connected to others in the dining room, the large room adjacent to the TV, the kitchen, the living room--we never felt cramped. Clean as a whistle, well-equipped kitchen, excellent local manager Virginia. Perfect for us and we plan to return, many thanks.
