My wife loved the decor. I actually slept on the sofa bed because of a cough. The sofa bed and the main bed were comfortable with the foam topper. The room was very quiet and the area is peaceful. The coffee that was supplied tasted great. We ride the bikes to the Sailfish Marina for dinner . We will definitely recommend the Flats to others.
The door on the bathroom needs to be sanded down or trimmed because it will not close. We were in Room 1

I loved everything about the property. It's in a fabulous neighborhood, it was clean and quiet, a great place for early morning walks. The pool was inviting and very clean with comfortable seating. The water pressure was fabulous (low pressure is a pet peeve of mine).
Fernando Flats is close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, fishing, and golf,
of which I took full advantage off. I spend months traveling along Floridas shores, and was very pleased with the ease of check-in.
Looking forward to another stay here next year.

We liked the property overall.
The hotel is well maintained.
There are comfortable chairs and tables set up around the pool.
We took advantage of the bikes to explore the neighborhood.
There is also a closed with a good selection of beach chairs and toys.
We would like the option of renting a room with a king size bed.
We also would like to have the option to help our self to more towels.
One set for a 4 night stay wasn’t enough.

The states flag were a nice touch,
The washing machine on site. The kitchen was well equipped.
Very quiet area.
We were asked to arrive before 17:00 for checking in . The check-in was done by phone message - we didn't understand why we had to arrive before 17:00 .
No elevator to the first floor , no TV in the bedroom , no A/C in the bedroom .the TV in the living room has no direct TV just UTUBE.
Location is far from everywhere..
