Residence Leonardo sul mare

Posizione fantastica, a 200 m dalla spiaggia, stanze grandi, bagno con lavatrice a disposizione, ampio terrazzo. Ristorante-pizzeria nello stesso edificio. Zona tranquilla, servita da pista ciclabile e vicina al lungomare di Silvi Marina.

In tutto il locale la pulizia è scadente. In bagno, la striminzita tendina della doccia non trattiene gli schizzi d'acqua. In cucina, le posate scarseggiano; si suggerisce di installare una piccola lavastoviglie o un forno a microonde. La prenotazione su booking è stata fatta per 5 persone, eppure è stata applicata una tariffa per il letto aggiuntivo da parte dell'operatore quindi, il rapporto qualità/prezzo ne ha risentito sensibilmente.

Residence letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con uno spazio verde curatissimo dal custode.

Il mio appartamento era orientato malissimo, il sole batteva sui balconi sia ad orario pranzo che a cena rendendo impossibile mangiare all'aperto. Inoltre dava su un campo da basket frequentatissimo...ad orari improbabili

The location. Very close to the beach. Very nice garden. The "holiday service"stuff was very helpful and quickly exchanged broken plastic table and the mattress full of urine after our first check and our call. (YES, unbelievable!)

A LOT! Firstly this offer is a scam! It seems that there is one very old non-renovated apartment and another one renovated. So attached photos makes a false impression! Parking available - Forget. Sea view from the balcony - Forget. There was a noisy restaurant right under all windows. It closed 1.30 am earliest in the morning. Apartment was dirty, a lot of broken equipment also full of blood on walls from smashed mosquitoes. My trust in booking.com has been shaken. Waiting for their answer. If you go for this offer, be sure that you will avoid apartment number 5.
