Zánka Vízparti Üdülő

Gyönyörű természetközeli környezetben, park-erdős, tiszta rendezett, jól kialakított, Balatonparton, zárt terület. Mindenféle labdajátéknak pályák. Szuper szauna szeánszok. Finom ételek. Környéken kiránduló helyek, (e-) keréktárt is lehet bérelni helyben. A Tó-medence és környéke szép zöld, mindenhol szép, gondozott növények, zöldek és virágok.

Az ágymatrac vékony volt, ezen kívül mindennel elégedett voltam.

Okolica

Okolica nastanitve (Zen garden resort) ponuja veliko zelenja, športna igrišča, urejen bazen, sprehajalne steze,... Hrana (zajtrk in večerja) zelo dobra, osebje izjemno prijazno in profesionalno.

Soba, v kateri sva bivala, je potrebna prenove, tudi čistoča (predvsem kopalnice) ni bila zadovoljiva. V kopalnici bi lahko bilo vsaj milo za tuširanje.

Almost all the staff were VERY young. Most spike no or little English and the Front of House staff member I had contact with was unsupervised and working her first day However, the food was amazing and some of the staff were helpful.

The accommodation (M4) comprised a bed an unconnected fridge and a kettle, on a short lead, that broke on the first day and was replaced by a defective one! The TV only connected to a few TV and Radio channels, none of which were in English There were no supplies other than a bottle of liquid soap. There are no chairs in the unit. No Tea, milk, Coffee or bottled water. There were glasses, cups, plates and cutlery but nothing to use them with! We were there for 4 nights. The Towels and bedding were never replaced. The accommodation was never cleaned and the rubbish was never taken away. There was no contact with the cleaning staff. This arrangement was confirmed as facility policy by front of house staff at the beginning of the 4-night stay. Many of the TV channels had sound only. Water from the shower floods the bathroom/toilet area. The curtains are paper-thin and don't cover the windows. There is no cover over the glass in the main door which is directly opposite the faces of those in the beds. I woke every day at 4-5 a.m. as the sunlight came over the trees and ended up only able to sleep while wearing a sleeping mask.
