The food, the wine and the scenery.
We had a minor issue with the invoicing. During the checkout we flagged our concern, but the receptionist assured us that everything was correct and was unable to assist further. However, we later discovered that the cost of the extra beds had been charged twice. We had to follow up via email after our stay to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not very helpful and could not provide any support at the time.

I love Tagyon. The village. The property was absolutely clean and the service is very kind.
It was a bit hard to figure out how to switch on and off the airconditioning which is really loud. But after the room was cooled I managed to switch iff the machine and I had a great night sleep.

The surrounding, it is like in the middle of a industry area, in the evening there is no warm water, furthermore they do not have any open terrace or balkony
