We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so peaceful, and comfortable. We spent many hours just sitting on the terrace, overlooking Lake Balaton. The couple who run the property are also very friendly, and I enjoyed breakfast!

Everything was nice. I appreciate the location, you can really relax here in the evenings. Also the cleaning was done properly, which is an important criteria for me.
The mosquito / insect net was broken (ruptured) in our room. There was no way to open the window without having surprises.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are big enough and the bed is comfortable. However, the key element is completely missing : hospitality.
From the beginning of our stay we didn’t feel welcomed at all. The staff was really unfriendly and it was an unpleasant experience to ask for anything, even for a cup of coffee. They either neglected us completely or just nodded to our requests. We still don’t know why we’ve been treated like this but surely a hotel shouldn’t be a place where you have to think about other people’s opinion of you. If you would like to spend your holiday at a friendly and welcoming place do not book your stay here.
