The staff was kind and helpful. However, the location is perfect for transfer travel from Istanbul to other places. It is completely safe, and they provide the VIP transfer service and manage everything.
The weak point is that breakfast is not included in their services.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Suhrab at the hotel, and I must say his service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to address all my questions, providing exceptional assistance and making my stay even more enjoyable. Property is good located. Overall it was comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. I was able to rest.
There are some things that definitely need attention, such as lighting, interior and furniture. And also cleanliness, there are big gaps here. For me it was normal because I was very tired and just didn't pay that much attention, I just slept in and left early. But as a first impression, it's what I said, it just needs to be cleaner and with a little more attention everything will be perfect.
