Exceptional accommodation at Unawatuna. Extremely good value for money. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. Beachfront position and close to shops and restaurants.

Great location, right at the beach, friendly and respectful staff, good AC, good Wifi, good resturant food.

I was disappointed with how management/owners completely let the place go. Where do I start? Dirty sheets with holes in them, no House keeping, no bed cover, mold on the bathroom wall, some lights not working, mini bar not working, electric kettle is burned black on the inside, water pressure is weak, water temprature is only one, beach chairs and bed cushions dirty, and worst of all, bed bugs! Hope owners realise competition in the area is rising and step up!
