Excellent hotel & facilities

This hotel is fabulous , the location on the beachfront , friendly efficient staff, good sized rooms are well appointed and comfortable , we had a side view with a spacious balcony and enjoyed the sunrise and the sea view.The indoor pool /sauna & steam room were an absolute bonus for this time of year,again the staff were welcoming friendly and efficient .The hotel and all facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is a feast with a huge amount of choice the evening meal was also excellent with a good choice of foods to suit all diets and appetites. Highly recommend this hotel it’s an oasis in the cooler months of Cyprus

The location next the beach and the cats outside.

Was a little nightmare! When we arrive to the hotel on the first night, we discover that the bedsheets were dirty, look like some kind of oil spot, so we request another ones. This second one’s were also dirty, with something that looks like blood drops. We ask the third one’s, which was also a little dirty, but we were so tired that we use different parts over another to try to lay down in the clean parts. Tv channels were all with very bad quality, blurry images and strange sounds, so we didn’t use it. The bathroom was another little hell. The shower was broken, and everything was with mold and dirty. The worst part was the mold on the shower head, that made me think twice if worth the risk to use it for a shower. The towels were with some kind of yellow spots, and smelly strange. Was also a big crack on the ceiling. In the first time I was already disappointed and just dream to comeback home. Far from the expectations of a “5 start hotel”. The dinner on the first day was ok, basic, but not bad, but on the second day was very below average, the only thing I managed to eat was the pasta from the kids corner and some cheese. Also on the second day dinner, my wife decided to ask a prosecco, huge mistake, since the color was exactly the same of my sparkling water. The taste was obviously terrible. And to finish, after this 2 “interesting” nights, one hour before the check out, I was just laying and resting a little, someone open the door of the bedroom and was inside for some seconds, before eventually finding out was people inside and left. The non disturb light was on, so this is totally unacceptable, without calling, knocking, or try to understand before if it was ok to come inside the room. I see that the staff is trying to make something, but this is a much higher problem, that not even the good will of them will fix.

We liked the location, the pool was great, the staff was very kind and pleasant. The food was nice, especially dinners. The rooms were clean and looked fresh. The location is perfect!

The level of noise were above our expectations. Every evening there were some low class music shows, which ended at 11pm, and our room was right above the terrace and we couldn't sleep. Overall if you are looking for a quite place, be careful, there are always some weddings and parties around.

Fantastic hotel, spacious rooms and balcony, very friendly and helpful staff, we were half board and we were very happy with the vast choice of food options for breakfast and for evening meal, the location is spot on right on the beach

Marvellous stay that we hope to repeat next year.

Our fully inclusive package was fabulous. The service, food variety and portions were incredibly generous. We particularly appreciate that the chefs accommodated our special meal requests due to our allergies. We know the inconvenience this places on kitchen staff in busy environments, and we would like to tell you that we are utterly grateful. The space at Constantinos gives it a massive advantage over its neighbouring hotels. However, staff manners, friendliness will always be its main asset.

Some attention needs to be paid to worn out items and facilities. Broken sun beds and very difficult old umbrellas to handle can be hazardous, please maintain your facilities better. Also, the bathroom is rather dated, shower screeining is needed along with some refinements to items such as toilet seats, tiles etc.

Did not think the staff were atall freindly infact they were totally miserable! The cleaning staff didn't even say good morning or ever smile... They left my room twice and had to almost beg the cleaner to change my bed... The restaurant staff never smile and bad english! Same for all the staff apart from the Spa staff who were absolutely fantastic and so happy it shined through!!! HOWEVER restaurant food was amazing! Also tell me what the difference in a cold coffe and a frappie is? yet you charge me for the frappie! Sensless!

Barrier to get into hotel, no one answered buzzer! Car coming out so we got in! Dirty bedroom. They had to clean it again, bit better. Got back from beach, no towels. Called reception, half an hour later had to call reception again then got towels! Next day same problem! They left 2 dirty towels. No hand towels, no bath mat! Cleaner was outside room so asked her to get me some. Housekeeping needs training and to be managed properly!

Amazing beach, good food, but hotel needs improvements

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on one of the best beaches in the area. Sunbeds are comfortable and free for hotel guests. The beach itself is beautiful and well-kept. Food was good, with a wide variety of options, especially for lunch and dinner. Staff were generally polite, and despite many guests, the team tried to maintain the facilities well.

On weekends, many locals used the hotel’s sunbeds, leaving fewer for paying guests. The hotel should prevent this, as it’s frustrating for guests who expect guaranteed access. The hotel is advertised as 5*, but in reality, it feels more like a solid 3*. Renovations and upgrades are needed. Drinks were basic, and cocktails were made from pre-mixed flavors rather than fresh ingredients. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved. Wedding parties were hosted outdoors with very loud music that lasted late into the night, disturbing guests staying on that side of the hotel.

Booked a 5 star hotel you expect 5 star facilities and experience. At best this is a 3 star plus

Food was average standard for an all inclusive buffet. Nothing made you want to go back for more. Public areas were well kept and beautiful. Plenty of room to enjoy time with friends. Some staff were exceptional Adele in the Spa, customer liaison Tina, lifeguards round the pool area and Netu Rani in the restaurant.

The bedrooms need a make over. In particular the bathrooms. The front check in staff were the most unhelpful people, rude, dismissive and did not seem to care about customers staying in the hotel. A smile and a welcome is not too much to ask. The staff accommodation in full view of guests were disgusting.

Blood stains on the bathroom door and faucet

Location was nice

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all — there were blood stains left from previous guests on the bathroom door and on the bathroom faucet. I reported this issue to the reception and asked them to clean it, but nobody ever came to do so. In general, the facilities were very poor compared to the price we paid, and the value for money was not good at all. On top of that, the elevator was extremely slow. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel. No activities or room with playground and toys for kids

First of all the booking menu is not clear. If you want to be on sea view you have to book the Ocean Front view, otherwise the others means the same, so be careful. Once we fought for one hour to get our room, we had to accept to get one with separate beds as was the only available. Then... Cleaning room was superficial and we had to claim our clean towels Glasses were washed ibto the toilet sink Had to ask more pillows No water provided during the stay Low quality buffet for meals. A little better for breakfast but you cannot ask to pay for a fresh orange juice on a 5 star hotel Wi fi connection is poor Staff is overall not trained and sometimes rude. Expception for the nice Cypriot sir at the welcome of the restaurant. One of the few who smiles and welcome you properly. Minibar was empty but we had ants into the toilet. Last but not least..if you are lucky like us you might have 2 marriage out of 3 nights so until midnight you might be entertrained with amazing reggaeton and other low quality music. Absolutely not a 5 stars...maximum is 3...thanks to the because the beach

Before arriving at the hotel, I was a bit disappointed to see recent reviews, which had received numerous complaints about the food and cleanliness. We didn't experience any significant issues with the cleanliness, but the food was limited and generally the same old thing. Breakfast was a bit better, so I was satisfied. The location of the hotel is really great.

We had a half-board reservation. I found it a bit odd that drinks were extra at lunch and dinner. I understand alcoholic drinks, but even water was charged. The hotel has some issues with overall cleanliness. We didn't have any problems with the cleanliness in our room, but we didn't get the feeling that the public areas were clean.

Very enjoyable and would definately stay again

The hotel is lovely, and right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and the grounds adjacent to beach . We thought food was very good. Always a good selection of food. And the all inclusive option was def worth it. Although if you prefer not to go all inclusive, the hotel is literally 2 mins wallk and you in the main strip, lots of places to eat drink and shop. The dining room staff were all very friendly and efficient The beach is not private so need to hire brolly and befs. But really cheap €7.50 day for 2 beds and 1 brolly . The beach is very clean and crystal clear water.

House keeping was a bit gap hazard. I think it depended on who was cleaning the room. On 4 occasions no towels were left, but have to say, always prompt to bring up once we asked reception. On a few occasions the floor in sleeping area was not swept. The only other thing, more an architectural design oversight. Only 2 lifts, which for a hotel of that size is no way near enough. Hotel wasn’t at full capacity and at busy times we often had to wait quite a while to get lift. we were in 4th floor so stairs wasn’t really an option

Location is the best, spacious rooms, great pool, access to the beach. Staff was very nice at the beach bar and service there was great

Rooms were not clean thoroughly, towels would be missing every other day. In 10 days I was there with family, we had to call the front desk at least 8 times because of cleaning issues. The elevators are way too slow for the amount of people. Food was very repetitive and often for lunch the deserts would be missing or have very little choice. The serves at lunch time would take a really long time to being us drinks and especially coffee. The day before I left, I asked the front desk for a wake up call at 1:10am on June 20. No one called us to wake us up. The front desk the day before scheduled a taxi for us at 1:30am on June 20 and when we got downstairs, there was no taxi. They had to rush and call another one. This was very irresponsible and caused us stress traveling with kids. Service needs a lot of improvement. And the staff overall could be smiling a bit more. They all look miserable

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and definitely not up to 5-star standards. 1. The bathroom faucet was broken — water was spraying everywhere, making the sink area constantly wet and uncomfortable to use. 2. Several power outlets in the room didn’t work, which was especially frustrating given that Cyprus uses a different plug type. When I asked the reception about adapters, I was simply told to go buy one myself, despite the fact that many tourists clearly face the same issue. 3. The food was below average — lacking both taste and variety. 4. The room was prepared with two pairs of slippers but only one bathrobe — a strange and inconvenient inconsistency. 5. There were no “Do Not Disturb” or “Make Up Room” cards available in the room. 6. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired — the room didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. 7. In general, the hotel falls short of what you’d expect from a 5-star property, both in service and in quality. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

3 star hotel at best. We stayed here for a week for our brothers wedding. Upon arrival we were given our room which sounded like a disco from the inside. We had 2 small children and a family room. The music went on until 12.30am. The next day we requested another room further away from the disco area. We had to put up a fight for this to happen. Please take a look at my photos the room is not up for par for a 5 star resort. The taps and showers are hanging off the walls and the cupboards are all dirty. Floors not clean. It’s all outdated but worse that it isn’t clean. Room service is non existent you have to pay extra and a delivery fee. WiFi also terrible cuts in and out. Air con dusty and gave us all terrible coughs. It was a fight everyday for fresh bottles of water. The fridges were not replenished. The staff were miserable and never really went out of their way to help. Kids entertainment was awful. We paid for all inclusive but ate out most nights the breakfast was not great. No fresh juices all out of an electronic machine and filled with sugar. The cocktail menu is very limited (I have added photos) you need to pay extra for any others you like. Daughter also cut her foot one day by the pool area on glass. Cleaners did awful job of cleaning rooms gave us dirty sheets (see photos).

Excellent, as expected

Directly on the perfect sand beach (15 meters), fine breakfast served on the beach level garden terrace. Nice outdoor pool on the beach, heated indoor pool. The only drawback (as practically always in this kind of hotels) is slightly higher noise level from the kitchen vents, pool vents and air conditioning.

In addition to slightly higher noise, it seems that the hotel needs some renovation. The lifts were busy all the time - seems that the capacity is a bit low for such a hotel.

Premier feel in interior but low-quality food

The lobby and rooms of the hotel have a premium feel. The location is great, and the lawn with sun loungers is a nice touch.

The food does not meet 5-star standards. • They often serve leftovers from the previous day, and if you’re a vegetarian, there’s hardly anything to eat. • Breakfast is always the same and quite poor, with low-quality cold cuts. • There was a wide selection of desserts, but none were actually tasty. The focus was on presentation, while the quality was clearly overlooked.

The property is ideally situated within the main strip, the room had a great view of the beach and the pool, we went half board and the breakfast and dinner menus were great with a great selection of food and drinks.
