Perfect stay near Zadar

Amazing Views

Being so close to the sea the view was stunning. The apartment and pool area were both very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding and towels.

The view of the digger and due to the roads around having closed or blocked by machinery due to being upgraded the raised man holes were inconvenient as we hired a car. A toaster would have been useful. The pillows were a little flat.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We absolutely loved our stay in the Superior room (1st floor) it was spotlessly clean on arrival with a wonderful sea view (we loved the egg chair). Pool area was clean and had comfortable loungers which were very relaxing. Our hosts were responsive and shared a taxi number which we used a number of times during our stay. The towels got soaked during a storm and they replaced very quickly. We’ll definitely return.

Modern & clean

You cannot drive up to the property as there are diggers, Lorrie’s etc digging up every road to it, this was not mentioned in any communication. We had a 10 minute walk across rubble & holes with suitcases to get in & out of property having to leave the car in a car park down the road. Two sets of people who stayed in property above us were either very noisy or the walls were too thin. I asked if we could check out an hour later speaking to the lady there who said she was the owner, she said it wasn’t a problem then received a text saying we couldn’t. We were informed just before arriving the sink in the en suite was not working, I asked for it to be fixed that evening, it was. Swing chair on balcony was very dangerous, if you sat on it it toppled over because it was unstable.

Balcony amazing , well equipped . washing mashine with tablets for washing, same dishwasher with tablets for washing. Evrything you need and more fot beach vacation. Loved place of villa. Nice big bathrooms.

Property is clean. In general it is ok, but do not expect to much. However, must to admit it has nice swimming pool.

Well, on arrival, after half a day travelling there was no water at all. Tried to use contact numbers to reach responsible people but first two were out of coverage. Third one (Stipe) replied only. He mentioned that water supply just now was interrupted and he believes that in 2 hours it will be restored - it was really the case, it was (we came back after 3 hours walking in the city and we had water). He said it is not depending on him, it came on suddenly. What to say...we believe people, so accepted it without any complaint, however after 2 days he call us again and said again that water supply restored and we can use it. Actually, he did it by mistake, we left this place already:) He stated again that he is very sorry, and he can offer staying for free. We weren't offered anything like that, however we understood that he is telling everyone that water issue happened just now. We do not like games like this. Especially taking into account that we booked apartment same day of check in (travelling by car with relax). Stipe you have to be fair with clients ;) Another thing what we did not like is that when you go to the shower there is no door and your toilet seat as well as surrounding floor area will be completely wet.

The property is located on the outskirts of Zadar and there didn’t seem to be many restaurants or shops in the area. We also had to use a road that is not surfaced at the moment to get there.

Wonderful apartment outside Zadar, overlooking beach

Superb high quality apartments with amazing pool and outdoor areas. Very clean, lots space for 4 adults. Stayed in “Deluxe apartment” on 3rd floor for 3 nights in Oct. 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, living room and kitchen with huge balcony looking out to the sea. Walking distance to several restaurants along by the sea, 15 minute drive to Zadar centre. Parking at apartment

Beautiful, comfortable, chic and safe for my children

The location was prefect, the host was super attentive. The hotel had everything you need on holiday, fabulous hairdryer (with diffuser btw). And a good iron! Unheard of at a villa. Felt that my children were safe in the pool. Lovely outside area to sit while children are sleeping. Hosts seem to have thought of every eventuality.

Unsure if we could use bbq because it had never been used 😂. Felt like we would ruin it by using it. Maybe supply some fuel and people will know they’re allowed to use it?

The place is well kept and clean...

Management and owners need to have better communication with each other. Owner does not live at or near location. So booking was very confusing....Management says it ok to stay an extra night, yet in the morning we were asked leave because they double booked...the worst was that they asked us to be out by 11am at 10:30 am...after further discussion they agreed to let us stay till 1pm to take showers and pack our stuff...
