Authentieke oude woning met 3 etages en een dakterras. Zeer uitgebreid ingerichte keuken. Wasmachine en droger z.g.a.n. Parkeerplaats en bushalte recht voor de deur. Het uitzicht op de bergen en het meer is geweldig. Barretje naast de deur, evenals twee leuke en goede restaurants. Met de bus kan je met de zone kaart naar Locarno en ook naar Ascona. Als je hier dagelijks gebruik van maakt kan je een weekkaart kopen. Veel te zien en te wandelen/fietsen in de directe omgeving. Zo ook een aantal kabelbanen.
Er is altijd wel iets te zeuren, maar wij hebben over dit mooie totaalplaatje geen negatieve meldingen.
