Brione is a small village and lies on the sunny slope above Locarno. The well-kept typical house is located on a side street on the edge of the village on a sunny hillside with an unobstructed panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. House-long, lake-side and side covered balcony with furniture. Behind the house there is the terrace with dining table and a small green area as well as Mediterranean plants. Driveway up to approx. 50m. 1 reserved, open parking space above the house. Stairway to the house. Village center, bus stop about 300 m. Shops in Minusio about 2 km. Lake promenade Minusio about 3 km. Large Lido Locarno with beach / indoor pool about 4,5 km. Not suitable for small children. Bed/kitchen linen available. Pets not permitted. Smoking only outside allowed.
