Brione is a small village and lies on the sunny slope above Locarno. The well-kept detached house was newly renovated in 2022. Through the use of authentic materials, centuries-old wood and the love for many other architectural details, the historic house was shown the appreciation it deserves. The house lies at the beginning of the village in a sunny position with wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountain range. To the side of the house there is the very spacious, newly created outdoor area with a lawn, granite stone terraces and a grotto with barbecue area, kiwi pergola with a large stone table. Garden furniture to linger and to enjoy the wonderful panorama. Driveway until house. 3 reserved, covered parking spaces. Village centre and bus stop about 100 m. Shops about 2 km. Lake promenade about 3 km. Spacious Lido Locarno with indoor pool about 4,5 km. Bed/kitchen linen, washing machine and dryer available. Pets not permitted. Smoking only outside allowed.
