Lovely 😍

Great appartments and great location just 5 minutes away from sandy beach and 15 minutes from Porto Montenegro. Appartment and kitchen is equipped with everything you need, air-condition is well maintained and completely new. Owner is super nice and always ready to help. Pool is fantastic and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.

Crna still shouldn't go European, it is lovable as it is.

Real nice place, little off center, I would recommend Punto Crudo restaurant 3 minutes away by foot, they do breakfasts too, and, I don't eat breakfast... I had some border issue, so I came up late, real late, the owner was real nice to wake up for me. All and all, perfect.

The hotel is okay but nothing more

The hotel is quite modern and the furniture is good. The bathroom is great but there weren't any shower gels or other small necessary things. The swimming pool was okay. The location was convenient, the sea and beaches are very close.

The main disadvantage is that there are no blankets for sleeping, it was very uncomfortable for us. You should sleep under the sheet and that's really bad. Also soundproofing was disgusting and we heard all neighbours, what they were doing and it interrupted our sleep. There is no elevator in the hotel but we were lucky to live on the first floor. We lived there two times and in the first room we had two different beds that were shifted together and it was uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. The second room was much better.

Lovely apartment- great balcony views, good location and helpful host.

Location - walking distance of Tivat, nearby supermarkets, sea and restaurants View from balcony - mountains and sea. Comfortable, modern facilitate Duro (host) was excellent. Very helpful in arranging transport and carried bags from 3rd floor for my mother.

Only downside was lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms, which made sleeping uncomfortable in hot nights. No coffee maker

Nice and clean apartment but bit noisy

Clean, new apartment, plenty of parking available.

Not very soundproofed, lot of noise from surrounding apartments, particularly at night and early morning. Pool area looked nice but because other groups staying at the complex took over the area, we didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. One large group even hosted a birthday party around the pool. Would be nice if the apartment complex owners could ensure that guests are made aware that they are not the only ones staying there and to respect other guests.

Amazing stay and amazing host

Best part of the property was the host, such a sweet and helpful man, very hospitable! he drove me and my friends around Montenegro at an affordable cost and made us feel very safe and provided everything we needed. He gifted his homemade wine which was absolutely delicious! The property itself was very comfortable had nice bedding and the pool was very nice to unwind. Only small issue is the pool was quite cold but you can get used to the temperature and we went when it was rainy so it was understandable. The views are impeccable, you can see the ocean and mountains and the location is so ideal lots of great food spots nearby and Porto Montenegro is 10 minutes walk away. Absolutely recommend.

Good location, convinient for walk to city center and seaside. Apartment have a nice balcony with a view to the sea. Staff is friendly and accepted early check in.

Living on 4th floor without an elevator might be a challenge for someone. Shower gel was not available.

Brilliant Location. Great Host

Perfect location. Out of town in a quiet area but easy to walk into town. Our host and family couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Our host provided a taxi to wherever we needed to go. He recommended places when we were out with him and quickly organised anything we wanted to do These included a visit to a local vineyard , a great cafe for local sandwiches , a boat trip and the new cable car. There was bank holiday while we were in Tivat and lots of the shops were closed but our host gave us hot croissants for breakfast , supplies of toilet paper and a hair dryer. All at no cost.

All perfect Our only complaints were things like the taxi from airport which was nothing to do with our host

A nice place to stay

The hosts are great, welcomed us with rakija and delicious wine and arranged a transfer to the airport. Location is amazing, there are a few great places to eat out and nice beaches nearby. Nice pool and a barbecue area. Lots of cats around! Bonus: the property is not far from the ferry in Lepetane, we were able to go from there by foot late at night when we missed the last bus.

I am very sensitive to noise, and the soundproofing of the apartments was not good enough (for me). If you like to sleep in, you might want to take earplugs with you.

Awesome!

Djuro's Apart Hotel is a really nice one, and Djuro and Dragana are great hosts. The location is close to the Waikiki beach, to a grocery store, to a restaurant (Bigben, a nice one). The place is good for kids also, it has a swimming pool our kids like. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain. Peaceful and nice accomodation

Excellent accomodation. Host couple were very nice and helpful during our staying (7 nights). Apartment was very clean and had all kitchenware You need for simple cooking. Apartments interior is also very nice. Pool area was also nice. Only 100 m from Sea Point Aparts are supermarkets -one quite large and one small. You find good restaurants with great view and reasonal prices quite near at the seaside. If You want visit centrum take a taxi -only 3-4 €. If local bus happens to come - never how the timetable said- it cost 1€/person to centrum. Bus stop opposite of the supermarket.

One AC for apartment this size is not enough. In addition, AC turns off when any window is open, making it difficult to use when somebody in one of three bedrooms we had opens their doors. Don't understand the system - this is not good even for a one bed apartment where e.g. parents are in the bedroom and kids are in the living room. At at least one more A/C. Given the price, i felt like rating this much lower should be more appropriate as the host has missed the point, but just couldn't do it as overall it's all good and the host is great and attentive.

Amazing stay !

- Djuro, the host, is fantastic. He was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. At the end of our stay he arranged transport to Dubrovnik. - Very nice, spacious and modern apartment. It was also very clean. - The view from the balcony towards the bay was magnificent. - We liked the pool also with a separate little pool for children. - Quiet place, but still close to very nice places like Waikiki beach and Porto Montenegro.

Best hotel in Tivat

Excellent location - 6 mins to the beach and few minutes from the bay. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The communication is fantastic with the manager via WhatsApp and even booked taxis for us. The manager is very friendly and accommodating. He made us food and gave us wine. Fresh towels were provided and even beach towels. The bathroom is a very good size and the shower pressure is amazing and hot. There apartment also has utensils to use. I will be back for sure.

Cozy and clean

The hotel seems quite new, everything in the room is spotless. Very clean and cozy, and owner is very welcoming and friendly. The room is well equiped with plates and cutlery and seems ideal for a multiple day stay.
