My short stay was great. The staff is super nice, eager to please and help. The place is modern and stylish, with a hint to the traditional but far from the usual Arabian folklore artisan stuff.
Communication can be improved but since the staff really trying to help and understand, it really wasn't an issue

The Riad is beautiful with a lovely enclosed courtyard area. We were greeted with mint tea and then shown up to our suite. The shower and bathroom were in a good condition. The staff were friendly and I managed to get by with my limited French (they spoke no English).

Property is quiet and nice, with large room and quiet indoor garden
There was one major problem. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous person and there was a stain on the toilet seat.
