The stay was nice

The property is beautiful and comfortable. Not too far from bus stop and town.

Communication with the management team. Could be more clear on check in instructions with guest. Also more detailed information about bus services would be helpful, especially for first time travelers to this area. Picking up and leaving the key at the office is a BIG inconvenience when coming in on train and solely depending on public transportation (especially later in the day) to get around with luggage in hand. Much more convenient to retrieve key at the home to get in.

Was not provided the laundry token so couldn’t use the washing machine however the staff located in Grindelwald were great and I provided me with one when I raised it.

Don’t stay here. Avoid this place

The view

Yes the view is good. BUT there’s a major problem. The first day we check in, the staff didn’t give us the laundry key and didn’t tell us that this is need to collect separately despite having a laundry manual in the living hall. When i messaged them they say it is not included in the price and require us to go back to the check in counter next day which is a 5 minutes drive which is trouble for us. And the second day they are closed so we need to wait till 3rd day only can do our laundry. The second major issue is the hot water which is the most important one. During the 2nd night around 10pm and it’s a very cold weather out there, there’s no hot water when we wanna shower . We looked up the manual guide and we did everything the manual said but still can’t help. Ended up shower with really cold water which is ridiculous. Next day we went to the counter to make a complaint and the first thing they say is that we used too much hot water, so there’s no hot water left which is ridiculous. We went out whole day and comes back at night just to take a hot shower but ended up no hot water and you’re telling us that we used too much water. The hot water tank is shared with other people and you blaming us for the problem and tell us “We’re sorry, nothing that we can do”. This is really unfair to us. It means that if other ppl used up the hot water during the day, we will have no hot water for the rest of the day .If the hot water is so limited why border to put a bathtub there? Theres not even enough hot water just to shower. Which comes the 3rd issue, their attitude and services. I went to the counter to resolve a problem, not to hear your blame. I told the staff at the counter you should solve the issue. Not put the blame back to us. The staff was like “Sorry, that’s all I can say”. It feels like they didn’t even want to solve the problem. If I had the chance to give 0 stars, I would . This is the last time I’ll be staying in this chalet.

Great place with a lot of light. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. The bus stop nearby is also very convenient.

Amazing view, close to bus, clean and very comfortable.

Easy access to bus right next to Tuftbach bus stop. Clean, well equiped, amazing view, downstairs room for ski gear, washer/dryer, big master bedroom with fabulous bathroom and large corner bath. Hairdryer, kitchen with everything, balcony with table& chairs.

Wi fi stopped at 10pm in the last night. The chalet was very warm even after turning down the radiators.

Location unbelievable, chalet beautiful, my only complaint would be consistently unfriendly locals!

Key pick up was absolutely fine, easy and fast. Property was lovely.

Guest bathroom smelled extremely bad, we had to avoid that area of the apartment due to the strong smell of sewage in there.

Superb

The chalet is very nice and clean as new. The balcony has a stunningview. Everything is available in the chalet and more than what is required There is a stream at the chalet that you can see from the balcony and hear the murmur of water while you are enjoying a cup of coffee

The issue was no hot water after 7pm, at this weather hot water is important.

A great home in a beautiful place.

The property was well functioning in a beautiful place. The property was easy to find. It seemed obvious that past negative comments have been addressed as much as is possible.

Never seeing the rental staff was odd (off site office closed 3 out of 7 days). Notwithstanding, the instructions left by the rental staff was easy to follow. Parking was tight. The smaller the car the better. Smokers below us made it impossible to sit outside sometimes or to open the retractable doors that allowed for an unfettered view of the stunning mountains and green, chalet dotted valley.

Fabulous

it was very happy when i was looking at the beautiful view in the valcony. it's same as photo. it will be good for who are supposed to family trip. there are 3 bed rooms and 2 restrooms. all rooms are clean and cozy. dining room and living room was good as well.

the interhome office( to collect the room key) was about 20 minute by walk to the accommodation. it was quite far by walk because we arrived at late night. some of room heater was not operating, so it was quite cold in the room.

الإطلاله مثل ماهي في الصور خياليه ولكن لا تستحق السعر المرتفع لوجود سلبيات سوف اذكرها

الكوخ يقع بالقرب من مجرى ماء مزعه في الليل وكذلك صوت السيارات والمشاة بالقرب من النوافذ وكذلك الغرفتين في الأسفل مكتومه ودورة المياة رائحتها سيئة جدا ، والمكتب لا يجيبون إلا متاخر سألتهم عن الغسالة بالايميل ولم يجيبوا فذهبت للمكتب واخذت كرت تشغيل الغساله وبعد يوم ردوا عبر الإيميل أن الغساله غير متوفره رغم أنني استخدمتها !! هذه مزاجيه من الموظف المواقف ضيقه جدا وجاري في السكن اخذ موقفين واضطررت ان اخبره ليخرج سيارته اذا كانت العوده ليلا قد يتسبب ذلك باحراج للنزيل الخلاصة السعر مبالغ فيه ويوجد خيارات افضل

التواصل جدا سيئ 👎: - اخذ المفتاح كان غير واضح لاننا بنسجل دخول متاخر جينا خذيناه من بوكس لقينا عليه اسمنا ولا في احد هناك - الموقف يوم وصلت لقيت اللي جنبي ماخذ جزء من الموقف وانا معي جيب لاند فماقدرت اوقف لين جار ثاني وخر سيارته عشان اوقف - حاولنا نستخدم الغسالة حسب التوضيحات اللي هم حاطينها وطلع ان مافي مفتاح للكهرب وتواصل معهم على بوكينق ولا في رد الى يومك - ماعندهم ارقام واتساب تقدر تتواصل معهم فقط بوكينج وياليت يردون - كنا عائلة 5 اشخاص طلبو رسوم عند تسجيل الدخول 78 فرانك يقولون نظافة اول مرة ادفع شئ خارج حدود الحجز المتفرض النظافة شاملة
