Perfect location from the city center and good amenities

Towels were not clean

Perfect location near the Rynak (The main square)! Really nice apartment with kitchen. There is bathtub in the bathroom. It's a cozy place. Really good price for what you receive.

The sofa wasn't really comfortable. There is no elevator but it's in nice old building. They only give us three towels (we were four people). I texted them but they didn't give us a fourth towel... More like they didn't respond at all.

The location is very good. Room was clean and quite good. In the front there is a KFC :-)

To collect the Key i did not like it at all. we had to go to another location to collect the key and when we left in the morning had to go back there to put the key in the locker. the system is absolutely not okay. Bathroom was a bit cold, window was not closed properly.

The Laciarska 11 location is great, close to Old Town, Biedronka, multiple Zabka, many restaurants. The view on the Bridge of Penitence from your room's windows. Beautiful sky during sunset and right before/after the rain. Big windows and a nice view. Having a fan was a plus, although just used it on the last day when it got hot. It was a busy streets with cars but normal in a city. It got louder on the weekend till late night hours.

The apartment is on the top floor, 4th-5th depends how you count, so we chose our daily trips carefully ;) No elevator-lift if you are in need. The place is small, but enough for small, 3-ppl family. Living room area couch has many stais and is not comfortable to sleep on. The sheet provided was too small to cover it all. The shelf above the couch was to close, hit the head few times, and we were not tall ppl. The bedroom, only fits full size bed. The bed is comfortable. The living room and the bedroom are divided by a half wall-half glass, can hear tv pretty clear from the other room. I was missing a shelf inside the shower area to keep our soap-shower gel on.
