Lokalizacja świetna, za zakrętem uliczka prowadząca na rynek z restauracjami. Na skrzyżowaniu komunikacja miejsca w każdą stronę- do zoo, Aquaparku, Sky Tower itp.
Mieszkanie na pierwszy rzut oka czyste, ale wymaga remontu, poplamiony brodzik, uszkodzone kafelki, odklejające listwy, zapadająca się kanapa. Brak rolet na górnych oknach dość uciążliwe bo salon bardzo słoneczny.

The apartment has an induction cooktop, but most of the pots and pans provided were not compatible with induction. Closing the entrance door was quite difficult; the lock should be checked. It’s a pity that there is no parking available.
