Brak klimatyzacji, a otwarcie okna wymaga wyposażenia się w stoperki. (ruch uliczny)

Lokalizacja oraz balkon dużym plusem. Organizacja logistyczna zameldowania również. Cena w stosunku do lokalizacji ok
Stan mebli i ścian niestety (szczegolnie w łazience) nie zachwyca. Generalnie mieszkanie jest w średnim stanie (na moje potrzeby wystarczająco, ale obiektywnie patrząc przydałoby się odświeżenie mieszkania i kanapy). Brak podstawowych przypraw w kuchni (cukier, sól, pieprz). W nocy dosyć głośno

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Rynku, niestety w nocy było bardzo głośno.
Ubogie wyposażenie kuchni, np brak deski do krojenia, ściereczki lub ręczników papierowych, malutka deska do prasowania, zacieki na suficie. Podczas ulewy kapało z sufitu. Wysokie piętro i brak windy. Niedziałający domofon.
