Location, price. Comfortable for 2 people
The front door is very weak. It didn’t leave a sense of security because the door is easy to break open. It would be great if the door were more secure and the gate in front of the windows of the small room could be locked with a key. For longer stays, there isn’t enough washing machine or an extra set of large towels for each guest. Apartment is comfortable for 2 people. One of the rooms has small insects, and the other is stuffy.
