Great location close to the Vatican and well connected to the main attractions with public transport. The place is great for a small family and aircon in 2 of 3 rooms which was great after exploring in the summer heat. We self check-in and did not meet the host however stayed in contact throughout the stay and also provided recommendations in the area. A lift was also available at the place.
For those with mobility issues, the place is located on a steep incline hill. The living room is also one of the bedrooms. It was quite small for our family trip of 5, however would be great for a smaller family.

Good location, lots of beds. What would normally be the living room/lounge of the apartment has been converted to a bedroom, and as such there is no 'hangout space' in the apartment, just a table for two in the kitchen. This is clear from the pictures, but worth pointing out. Location is very good if you want to be close to Vatican.
There is no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms; only fans are provided. This means that two of the people in our group who were planning to sleep there had to find other accommodations. Also, there is exposed wiring in the bathroom and mold on the wall that is easy to remedy and should be repaired.
