The property had so many activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. We will be coming back soon. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Excellent facilities. Really superior comfortable suite perfect for a family of 4. There was one heated pool open for families. We stayed her to visit Pilanesburg and honestly I would take that money and go to Kruger instead. It is soo expensive and very very hard to spot wildlife. The paid activities are quite reasonable

The staff could be a bit more positive and I guess it was full all the time so they were tired. A word of caution, lots of gravel and loose stone on the way there so be careful of windscreens.

Good room

Upon arriving at reception, we were embarrassed by the receptionist who said our stay wasn't paid for, a horrible situation. It seemed like we were trying to use the room without paying, the first time this has happened to me on the Booking.com platform in years of using it. Even though I don't speak English and understood a little of what she was saying, I showed her the payment confirmation on the Booking.com app and the printed receipt, and even then they refused to give us the room key. She then called a young man and explained that she couldn't find our payment confirmation. He told us we could go to the room and they would check. Even after he said this, the receptionist still wanted to charge me again for the stay I had already paid for, and said that if they found our payment they would refund the amount. I said I wasn't going to pay anything more because I had already paid and shown all the receipts. She said: "Okay, you can go to the room, we'll sort it out tomorrow," and gave us the key. We stayed for four days, and nobody came to say anything, much less even apologize for the terrible inconvenience we went through.
