Very friendly. All staff are great. Would recommed Cozy Kosmos to anyone.
There is nothing not to like. All was good.

The coziness and quiet area allows us to enjoy our stay and will definitely recommend it.
Though the steps were a bit of challenging as I was limping a bit. So it is not friendly for physical challenged people 🙄 😒

I like that it is exactly where it has been advertised to be, close to the dam. I like the place outside so beautiful, I rate it 8/10 because of poor parking.
I didn’t like the room at all, I rate it 3/10, the toilet with no door on top on the bed, I felt like I was in prison. The furniture in the room was no value for money even my house is very beautiful, It didn’t feel like a holiday room, so small, no chair we had to seat on the bed, no tv stand, poor room setup.
