Exceptional

The building is located in an ideal location - close to the beach, but far enough away to not hear the noise of the city's nightlife. The room was small, but had everything we needed, such as air conditioning, a fridge, and a very large bed. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing - great to have breakfast or chat at night overlooking the mountains. The host was very helpful and answered our requests and questions. There were several shops, restaurants, bakeries in the area, as well as three different beaches, so there was something for everyone. We sincerely recommend.

Nice

Nice flat. But the picture on booking com shows superior room, dont be deluded. The Standard studio is just basic, nothing fancy though new a d has everything one needs. Overalll OK.

Mattress very uncomfortable, rest is nice

It was a quick booking, literally 30 min before coming there, we get a quick response which was nice. The staff was really friendly. Plenty of space to park motorcycles in front of the complex. The unit was clean, big bathroom.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs all over your body. This ruined our experience a little bit since after 13hours spend on the motorcycle you need a really good sleep.

The property was exceptionally clean, cozy with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Very close to the beach & bakery and shops in 5 minutes walking distance. Air conditioner is a huge plus. Placement of the room is perfect for a sunset view. Hosts were very friendly too! Rooms are exactly like on the photos.

Good, we had everything we needed, near to the town centre (max 10 min walking).

There were towels, shampoo, cleaning stuff in the kitchen for washing up, soap and toilet paper - despite it is not in the description of the studio. And there is also AC which works ok (but we didnot need to use it often), as well as wifi connection worked well. The studio was perfectly clean. Good bakeries are very near to the studio. Good position if you dont mind walking a little - 10 min to the town and beaches, 20 min to other very nice beach Strbina and one more nice beach, just opposite to the house there is a path leading to the tunnel - where after walking through it another wild beach can be found.

- The window blind was impossible to open - it was broken. They said they needed to fix it but during our stay they did not - so we needed to turn the light on even during the day (dark room). - The kitchen utensil is very basic - 1 pot, 1 pan, 1 small pot for water (for coffee), some plates, 4 glasses, some spoons (only 1 tea spoon), forks and maybe 2 knives. We asked for more, but they didnot bring. But we found out the prices in restaurants were cheap, so finally we didnot cook. So all this utensils were absolutely enough for us - to make coffee and sit outside... - A little noisy - we could here people from the other studios when they washed, walked. - My bed squeaked a little. - I would like to have a hair dryer there. - We felt bad smell inside - I think from the sewage. And maybe from smoking too. Not all the time, but most of it. - The language barrier. We were not adviced where to go, we needed to ask other people where interesting places are, beaches - as the town beaches are overcrowded (but nice). But after some time we felt like domestic people - we found nice beaches on the other side of Sutomore, 20 min walking from the studio.

Było okropnie zimno w pokoju , klimatyzacja kompletnie nie dawała rady ogrzać pokoju . Pościel jakby na ciepłe lato . W nocy strasznie zmarzliśmy .
