Value and cosy stat near the busy areas

The lady who welcomed us was the nicest person ever. The place itself feels like the local village life, just a few minutes away from the more touristic areas and the sea. For this price, it is absolutely a great deal.

As we could see from the photos there are better rooms than we stayed in.

Overall, it doesn’t look clean and room seems to be unfinished building wise. Bathroom is the worst place, strong bad smell, floors seem sunken so while showering the puddle appears. I personally wouldn’t put my clothes to that washing machine. Kitchen is not well-equiped (no trash can, only 1 bowl, etc). Also, the blankets on beds are a bit too small. All in all, it seems to me that this room should not be available for people to stay (room in 3rd floor).

Great hostess!

The hostess was great, she awaited us with coffee, helped us with the local restaurants and was all in all a good hostess. She was very welcoming. It was quite easy to find via google maps. All in all an ok stay.

There was no hot water at the moment we were there (since it was summer it was bearable, but the water heater light was on so I am guessing it broke). We didnt actually report the problem so maybe it was actually ok? But there were a few unclean spots around the apartment, the toilet and the shower for example.

It is ok for one night

Fortunately, the bed and sofa were quite new and comfortable to sleep on. The host was nice.

Bad smell in the bathroom because I guess the bathroom needs more frequent cleaning. Water on the bathroom floor. All the furniture except the beds is quite old. But the accommodation was cheap enough too. It is all right for sleeping one night there.

Host was ver welcomming and avaialble for any questions and requests.

Shower cabin has a hole in it, and it floods the whole bathroom, AC conditioning floods living room for some reason. Bed in living room is so noisy itll wake up everyone. The road to apartment is the worst thing, it is very narrow it can fit only one car and its 2 way street, so you have to hope theres no other cars going from other way, and the road is very bumpy so you have to be very caucious with your car. Its 30 min walk to first beach in Zelenika.

Si pero gustó muy sencillo . Lo que si no funcionaba la luz del baño y al ducharte en la cabina de ducha se rebalsaba el agua . El resto sencillo y normal

No había luz en el baño, la instalación. De la cabina de ducha al bañarse se desborda y se và hacia el piso tampoco tenia cenicero

Preporuka za veselu, dragu i nasmijanu domaćicu!

Apartman je na 5 minuta vožnje od plaže i svih potrebnih sadržaja, dućan, pošta, pekara, kafić, restoran. Preporučila bih plažu Zmijice koja je predivna. Apartman ima klimu što je jako važno. Domaćica je vrlo susretljiva i jako brzo i jednostavno se s njom dogovoriti. Dočekala bas je uz kavu i piće, također ponudila da si naberemo smokava iz vrta.

Žao mi je reći, ali u našem apartmanu niti jedan ormar, tj. niti ormar niti komoda nisu bili funkcionalni. Vrata su potrgana i spadaju pa se ne mogu otvarati a ni jedna ladica nema doljnju stranu tako da su ormari tako tu da jesu.
