We had such a great stay at this place!! Very homey, relaxing and very comfortable!!! Highly recommended!

Location: easy to find, not too from the main train station with easy walk; sitting between the 2 main ride location up to see the Matterhorn: the Gornergrattbahn & the Gondolas! Grocery & shops nearby. Very clean, minimalist & impressive modern interior! Comfort: Slept so well on the spacious beds, for family of 4! The views from the windows & 2 balconies makes your heart smile! Complete basic amenities: from the sleep area, to the bathroom, and kitchen!!! Pascal the host welcomed us warmly despite our late night arrival!

Just a slight imperfection… we almost tripped from the floor elevation coming from the room—-you won’t really notice until it happens especially on your first tour around the unit.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient—just a ten-minute walk to the SBB Zermatt train station and also close to Bahnhofstrasse for shopping. From the balcony of the living room, you can clearly see the Matterhorn between the chalets. The apartment has an elevator, so there’s no need to carry luggage upstairs, which is very convenient. The host is very friendly. The apartment feels quite new. The kitchen utensils aren’t the newest, but they are all usable. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are large, and there is both a wardrobe and hangers. The living room also has a drying rack, and if the weather is nice, you can enjoy lunch on the balcony while looking at the Matterhorn.

There are drawback: 1. No washing machine. It would have been perfect if one had been provided. 2. The bathroom sink is too small.

We loved it

Great location, at the same time distant from the noise of the center and only a short walk away from all key places. Place is spacious and offers wonderful view on the Horn.

The bed in the master bedroom had a bit of an bad smell. Coffee in any form was not provided - yes, it's an extra, but a nice and welcome one.

Spacious and clean apartment with nice views

Spacious and clean apartment. It had all the facilities that we were looking for. Check-in was very smooth and check-out was just about putting the keycards in the letterbox. It was good value for money for us as we had just planned 4-5 days in advance and luckily found this gem.

It’s a little far from the center. The walk to the center can be done via different scenic routes which takes about 10-12 minutes. The Matterhorn peak is not visible from the balconies however, there were views of the mountains from both the balconies which was also very nice.

The location of Haus Floralp was excellent. The apartment was well-appointed and very comfortable. The bathroom sink was a little small to wash up in (given the mirror above) and the apartment could have benefited from having coffee filters. Other than this, it was perfect!

Brilliant stay!

Fantastic apartment with every amenity you could need. Comfortable, quiet, beautiful views! It’s not in the Centre of town, but is a short walk there, so if walking is an issue, you could take a taxi up and down the little hill. All very convenient. Short walk to the gondola station, so very easy for skiing.

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in, exceptional value for the money.

Apartment was perfect. Spacious and clean. Lots of storage for clothes, etc. Two balconies, big tv with English stations. Kitchen was great with everything we needed. Dining area was great. Good heat. Location is excellent. Short walk to public transportation to lifts, ski rentals and restaurants. Bathroom had a wonderful shower. Owner very helpful and pleasant. Can't say enough about this place. Definitely stay here!

The only thing I can think of is that the bathroom light did not show enough light. It could be brighter in there.

Loved it!

I love the property! It was quite near the central (3 bus stops) and have the perfect view for the mountain. It exceed my expectation, the property was so new, everything is in top condition. The kitchen was so equipped, it even have a stove and everything for fondue or bbq; there was also a washing machine (+ the soap), everthing was so convenient! The bathroom also have a big heater which made it so warm and cozy, the house details were so good. It even jave a changing color led inside the bathroom which we loved haha. Overall, everything was super great and we would highly recommend this airbnb! Hope to comeback!

The only thing was the drainer on the bathroom, which was quite weak so the water got leaked while we were taking a shower, but that's the only thing and did not affect our experience too much.

Very practical location close to the ski shuttle. Large and comfortable apartment. It was very easy to work with the landlord as well. Excellent choice !!

Great Value

The apartment is in very good condition. It is spacious with two bedrooms and plenty of room for a family of four. The balcony is nestled between other buildings without any privacy, but does offer a direct view of the Matterhorn. The host is friendly and helpful. It is a great value and excellent for traveling with kids.

It looks old and out of date in the photos, but it is still in excellent condition.
