Apartment Sungold-1 by Interhome

Heated floors with well equipped kitchen.

Very noisy throughout the night from the walking sound and talking voices of passerbys and engine sounds of electric taxi/ other vehicles driving past.

1) Location is good, which is close to Matterhorn-Express Gondola station. 2) Apartment is cozy and good for a solo traveler. 3) Staff at the office is very friendly and helpful.

1. No access to washer or dryer on the first floor. The website or communication with Interhome makes people believe there is no washer or dryer in the building. However there are, but the apartment complex does not allow Interhome guests to use them. 2. No microwave in the kitchen. 3. Shampoo, shower gel, or tissues are NOT provided. 4. It would be nice to include a simple instruction of the heating control dial. Did not know how the dial works or if it works until I went to the office for some clarification. 5. This one does not impact me this time but the space is a little cramped for two travelers.

No dishwasher, very basic and quite old appartement , poor WiFi

The place is near everything and it’s really confortable. Well equiped and modern.

Interhome charges for the towels, linnen and final cleaning. You have to do the washing up before you leave. These things are not mentioned when you look for the place in booking. They tell you later.
