MidMar Deluxe Hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. Gym, open appropriate hours. Room and Wi-Fi was excellent. The in-house restaurant had a good view and a relaxing environment. The Mid-Mar Hotel is within a short walk to the Istanbul Fair Ground, which was the reason for my visiting Istanbul.

I had a very pleasant stay at MidMar Deluxe Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel like part of their family. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Eren their hard work, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. They go above and beyond to build a warm relationship with customers, and their kindness made my stay even more comfortable. The reception hospitality is outstanding they often offer tea and always check if you need anything, which is a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and stores nearby. What I liked: * Extremely friendly and caring staff * Exceptional service from Ahmed and Eren * Warm hospitality at reception (tea and assistance) * Great location with nearby shops What could be improved: * Room lighting is quite dim; brighter lights would improve the atmosphere Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Low and dim lights in room. It’s not a quiet area specifically if you want to open the windows.

The place is centrally located and close to shops and public transport hence it is great to get around. The employees were very friendly and helpful, Ömer bey who worked at reception in the evening, at my time of arrival, was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the warm welcome. The surroundings are quiet and felt safe, I had a very comfortable stay.

A well-positioned hotel, the room was super ok and the breakfast delicious.

I parked the car in front of the hotel (where there were a few other cars from the same country as me) and left the key at the reception as I was asked. After I returned from the walk, my car was nowhere to be found. Of course I panicked because the other cars were there, in front of the hotel. I was told by the reception that my car had been moved somewhere behind the hotel because the owner wanted the spaces in front of the hotel free. They couldn't tell me why this rule only applied to my car and not to the other cars. It seems that the owner's wishes override the rights of the customer at this hotel! Another major minus was that the spa was not functional, and I booked this hotel precisely for this facility. So, in conclusion, upon departure I was left with a bitter taste that I chose this hotel
