Amazing breakfast
There was not enough staff at reception at arrival at 8pm. It did not appear that bar was working around 11pm

The location was convenient with tram close-by, the room was good and breakfast was okay with some basic variety. The staff at breakfast were friendly and very helpful, the reception staff were good and the balcony view from premium room was lovely. Also, the cleaning staff were great.
There was a minor error on booking.com which I messaged the hotel to remind them how many people were in one of the rooms I booked. Upon arrival, the receptionist dealt with fairly simple error badly. As an Accor member and frequent guest at their hotels, I thought they may have dealt with the situation better but it may have been a language barrier more than anything. Rest of stay made up for this set back at the start.

The third bed in the room is not suitable for adults after lengthy discussion they did sort out the manger was very good

Staff was not helpful, rude, heating in room was not working, addressed the issue with staff but they did not give importance, told them at check out but looked like they didn’t care.
