Rundherum empfehlenswert. Superfreundliche Gastgeber, rustikale Zimmer mit modernem Bad, großartiges Frühstücksbuffet und abends ein Speisemenü bei dem man merkt das da jemand in der Küche steht der sein Handwerk meisterlich beherrscht. Allein dafür behalten wir die Alberto Dasser in der Merkliste falls wir mal wieder in der Gegend ein Quartier benötigen.

The hotel didn’t ask me to pay when I checked in, so I thought Booking.com had already charged my card. The night before I checked out, I asked the front desk if there was anything I needed to do since I had to leave very early (before their working hours). They told me no, just drop off the keys.
After I checked out, the hotel reported to Booking.com that I hadn’t paid. Then Booking.com charged my card. I thought that was the end of it. But guess what? The hotel sent me a very rude email and threatened to sue me for not paying.
I immediately communicated with them, explaining that Booking.com had already charged my card, but they didn’t believe me. I had to call Booking.com and ask them to email the hotel directly to confirm payment. I told the hotel that I did not feel safe giving them my bank card information through WhatsApp or email.
In all my experiences, other hotels always charge me upfront when I check in. I was extremely frustrated when this hotel threatened me. Stay away from this place if you want to avoid unnecessary hassle.
