Golden Gate Hotel Topkapı

We had a fantastic stay at Golden Gate Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A massive special mention to Ibrahim, who was an absolute legend! He went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

Nothing is bad

I loved the location of the hotel; it is located in a calm city, and nearby you can get all sorts of transportation from the tram station to the bus stops and also markets and restaurants. I loved the reception staff; they were really helpful. I would want to give particular mention to Ms. Nazli Can Yilmaz, who speaks proficient English and who treated us with the greatest standards of respect and elegance. It's a very clean hotel, and you don’t hear any noise, particularly vehicle noise. Outside the hotel, there is a great location to relax and have a delicious breakfast. The hotel rates were very reasonable considering the hotel's prime location.

The bathroom was somewhat small; I wished there was a balcony through which we could open the windows and breathe in the pleasant air.
