It’s self check in thus there is no staff at the hotel which is an okay concept until it falls apart. I didn’t realise this and there was a failure in the system for me and I never received my access code meaning I was completely locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes at 10pm as I tried calling their phone at least 20 times. Eventually got through to someone who was nice and helpful and got it sorted. I can overlook that as a one off failure, however, my room also had an ant infestation and I woke up to hundreds of thousands of ants walking all through my bag, over the walls and around my bed. That I think is unacceptable for accomodation of this price. If there was a reception it could have been sorted, and honestly for the 140euro I paid per night I’d expect a receptionist. Apart from that not much else, it was decent, just absolutely not worth the price they charge. I would not be complaining if it was 50euro per night but for 140 euro per night it is unacceptable.
