Hotel Agamenón

We appreciated the receptionist who welcomed us and delivered the late dinners as we arrived outside of dinner hours. In addition to that, the room had all the basic necessities, the pool area was inviting and the view from the outside terrace was great. Plenty of food options too.

We would say the mattress was more towards the 'hard' side. It would have been nice to see a bigger variety of raw, fresh vegetables both during breakfast and dinner. Additionally, it would have been nice to use the coffee machine during the dinner hours as well.

The swimming pool and gardens overlooking the port were fantastic. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was good, large selection of meats, cheeses and fruit although the "hot" selection was limited and not very hot. The view from my balcony looking over the port was exceptional.

The was no information about what to do in the area, some sort of tourist information would have been good for example where to find the shops, what direction for restaurants, best place to watch sun rise and set, recommendations for travel, bus timetables all this was lacking. In my room there was a fridge but it was so small it wouldn't hold a bottle of wine so was quite useless. There was no info or welcome pack, this was accessed by QR code which is not to everyone's liking. Some bits of the room were showing signs of wear which for 4 stars is not expected. The bed, the pillows, the sheets were not very comfortable. The hot food at breakfast was tepid.

Breakfast was fine, no complications at all location scenically was gorgeous, but very little around the hotel itself. About a 10/15 min walk to cala fonts where all the restaurants are. Hotel itself is very very quiet every during the day

While everything was fine, there was very little atmosphere around the pool during the day

Really nice spot for swims around the harbour and the rooms out looking the sea have a beautiful view
