The hotel is in an excellent location, which is undoubtedly one of its biggest advantages. However, the property is in need of renovation and would greatly benefit from modernization. Greater attention should also be given to the daily housekeeping service, as room cleanliness could be improved. On the positive side, I would like to recognize the outstanding reception team. They were extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to address our comments and requests within the available possibilities. In particular, Ahmed deserves special recognition for his professionalism, excellent customer service, and the positive impression he created of the hotel. I hope the hotel management will consider investing in renovating the property and improving the quality and availability of in-room supplies and amenities. These improvements would significantly enhance the overall guest experience

There was no parking even though in the web-page was written that there is parking garage. In addition, the breakfast was very poor, with foods from the other days, very little alternatives to choose, and the cans were not filled with foods for other people who came after we ate, there was far below that we expected as turkish breakfast
