Loved the private onsen on 4th floor and the shared onsen on ground floor split into male and female sides, walking distance to nara centre and deer Park, great location near the pond, such a magical sunset, lady at reception was s9 lovely and helpful
We couldn't find much information online regarding this property, was such a fabulous stay, would stay again

Location couldn't be any better. Beautiful place and very nice onsen. I definitely recommend it.

Staffs are polite.
Booked a room stated shared bathroom meaning No bathroom in the unit itself which make ridiculous.
