Location is perfect. We arrived before check-in time and the staff was very helpful so we could park our car and leave our luggage.
Public bath was very good. I recommend to use the ones in the second (Annex) building which are on a high floor.
We absolutely enjoyed the walking tour that the staff arranged for us.
Diner was a bit disappointing - the whole "Kaiseki" was already laid out on the table when we arrived.

Lovely building with lots of cute deer themed things. Good food and baths. Friendly staff.

The little outdoor bath was great, and we had a quiet room at the end of the corridor.
Dinner and breakfast were both very filling.
Too bad we couldn't enjoy the roof terrace until the next day.
I asked for an extra amenities bag for my daughter, but was told it was only for adult guests.
