Hotel Weisses Rössl - Cavallino Bianco - Adults Only

A quiet "countryside" hotel with nice spa area. The staff was frienly, breakfast was good (even excellent), spa area was small but with good pools & saunas, relaxation rooms in adjacent to spa was nice surprise.

Some vending machine (drinks, snacks) would make it even better.

La camera era spaziosa ed era presente una comoda cabina armadio. Il giardino ben curato permette relax in totale tranquillità. Carina la sauna e il laghetto con acqua naturale.

La camera nonostante la dimensione era abbastanza calda di notte tanto è vero che era presente un ventilatore per mitigare il caldo. Il bagnetto senza infamia e senza lode. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non abbiamo trovato prodotti da forno freschi ma tutti confezionati . Poca scelta sulla parte dolce con mini croissant e parte salata che si esaurisce in poco tempo e bisogna far presente al titolare la mancanza nel banco. Purtroppo non viene fornita la possibilità di avere la ristorazione nemmeno la mezza pensione. Nel wellness, il bagno turco è inaccessibile per l'elevatissima temperatura e la sezione relativa all'idratazione viene fornita con ritardo e con solo poche piccole mele. Infine sul sito veniva proposta la possibilità di accedere alla camera all'arrivo addirittura dalle ore 2,30 ! Palese l'errore di battitura. Per la proposta di soggiorno e per quello che viene offerto il costo è a mio avviso eccessivo considerando che sono trent'anni che frequentiamo l'Alto Adige e di sistemazioni ne abbiamo vissute ! Non mi esprimo sull'empatia dei titolari......

La posizione un pochino fuori Ortisei e’ comunque comoda e pratica. La pulizia e la cura dei dettagli della struttura e della Spa

Nella camera a noi assegnata con la finestra aperta si sentiva molto il passaggio delle auto

Exceptionally clean room, spacious bathroom with the regular + floor heating, very good breakfast, spacious ski depot, soundproof window and balcony door (very quiet room, regarding the position of the hotel, near the main road in Val Gardena), comfortable bed, heat regulator in the room and in the bathroom.

I have made a reservation for two people (not intentionally, but it was probably left as a default setting from previous search on Booking). It was written in my reservation just for two adults, and I didn’t found that information suspicious, because it was not first time to make a reservation for the family and reservation shows only two adults, because toddlers NEVER pays anything except city tax. Regardless, we brought our 4 year old kid with us, and host asked for 50€ a day for kid, even though it was clear that the kid will share the bed with parents and it doesn’t require any changes regarding the room we booked. As an argument host noted that the kid “TAKES THE SHOWER”, and spends the water, electricity etc.😁 Another funny situation happened when the host said that hotel don’t allow kids at all, after what I checked through booking.com and it wasn’t possible to make a reservation for a family including kid/s, but even though hotel was full of kids, who were running around us during the time we did the search. I don’t write this in order to make negative picture of the hotel, but rather to warn people who have young kids that common rules doesn’t apply on this place and to be careful while reserving the arrangement. The only thing I honestly think that was bad is spa area filed with naked grown up men. There is clear named area where is written “no clothes area” so there was no any reason for them to swing around the young kids. From the hotel there were no any reaction.
