Very nice apartment!

The apartment is really very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped. Parking is right in front of the house and there is a good access to the slopes by car. Walk from the ski bus stop would be probably more difficult, the house is quite on a hill.

Hiking path to nice lake starts 100m from appartment. Easy parking.

Immaculate apartment close to several great ski areas

Immaculately clean accommodation with plenty of space, use of a large boiler room to dry our ski boots and equipment. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a great location with several ski areas within less than an hours drive. The host Patricia was very welcoming and spoke excellent English.

It would have been useful to have a mirror in each of the bedrooms as our younger daughter hogged the bathroom to put on her makeup each morning. I understand from our host Patricia that she is about to replace a mirror that was broken. We came in an electric car and my husband would really have liked to be able to plug it in at the apartment to charge it each night but we were advised before we arrived that that wouldn’t be possible. There was a suitable charger at a garage 6 km away but it was an added hassle he would have preferred not to have. There was Wi-Fi but it was very slow and slower than 4G on our phones and my daughters who did use it said they had to keep reconnecting.

Comfortable appartment with small chance of return

Location is quite good, not so far from Langefeld. Use of buses is possible but from the bus station to the appartment you have to walk for about 1 km and the last 700m is ascent. The appartment itself is very comfortable.

The appartment is in basement of the house where lives the owner. This means that you have window but curtains have to be down all the time if you want to have your privacy. The second problem is that because of the basement there is no terrace, so if you want to dry yout wet clothes this is a BIG problem. As well bugs and spiders are daily guests of this appartment.

Apartment was new and fresh, precisely equipped, which was quite important for us. Room for ski is located directly next to the apartment. Everything comfortable and clean, owners professional and friendly, English skills nice plus for us :) We will definitely book again if we decide for Ötztal in the future.

Heerlijk relaxte top week op 25 minuten rijden van Soelden.

De rustige ligging en de ruimte. De broodjes service.

Ons beviel minder dat het toilet in de badkamer was. En bij echte sneeuwcondities zijn sneeuwkettingen zeker noodzakelijk (hoge ligging).
