"The staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, less than 1 min walk to the gondola. Very very clean. So nice to have a massage chair in the lobby free to use."

員工和入住的客人幾乎都是台灣人，滑完雪回去有滿滿的歸屬感，而且一出門就有一條纜車可以上去開始滑
早上似乎澡堂沒開放、民宿沒有晚餐

当日、人数追加の対応をしてくださった。 事前連絡がとれなかったので当日直接カウンターで依頼しましたが、現金追加支払いで対応いただきました。
事前に連絡が取れない。 グーグルマップには電話番号の記載がありますが、呼び出し音は鳴るものの、現在使われていないとのこと。 宿泊当日まで連絡が取れなくて心配になる。
