Bel appartement très fonctionnel, très bien situé possédant la climatisation seul bémol le portail de la résidence ne fonctionnait pas

La piscine,le calme,la propreté de la résidence,la présence de la clim dans le logement
À notre arrivée,1 des 2 ascenseurs était en panne.À notre départ les 2 étaient en panne.
Le ménage n'était pas bien fait,nous l'avons signalé : poussière épaisse au niveau du lit et sur le bureau, paniers lave-vaisselle rouillés (à changer), cheveux dans le syphon du lavabo, ampoule grillée dans le salon...
1 intervention a été faite pendant notre absence (alors que nous avions demandé à être présents!) mais l'ampoule n'a pas été changée
