Great location (if you have a car) and amazing view. Clean room. Underground garage (although tight entrance). Good closet space. Nice little beach directly next door. Some good restaurant close by. Music player. Kitchen gear.
Both front and balcony door open very heavy (would not recommend for elderly). Shower works with a boiler that is empty relatively quickly (showering with people immediately after each other is a challenge). Airco was ok but noisy as outside unit is on the balcony. Bed is a bit small and I personally did not like the pillows. TV image quality not great (hard to recognise players during world cup games). Small dishwasher would be nice (some dishes still dirty inside cabinet).
