Clean. Fully furnished and functional. Good beds

I have visited Kaprun many times, so I know what to expect. The standard was very high, and I knew the location, so it was ideal for us. 5 mins walk to Adeg supermarket. Having use of the pool was amazing, I was in it on my own most days, as we were not there to ski, so everyone was on the slopes in the morning, which was ideal as it is a little on the small side for me as a good swimmer. Perfect for a dip though, plus there is a sauna, which I didn't use. We didn't use the restaurant, so can't comment on that. Anna who cleans etc was very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

The bedrooms were a little small. No microwave in the kitchen, which was a but if a drawback, but we had access to an air fryer belonging to my son, who lives there, so that was useful. (I''d recommend adding an airfryer to the equipment, they use much less power than an oven.)

the host personal was friendly and communicative- on time, the location and parking (underground) is great

no microwave, no instruction towards garbage, cleaning so-so, lacking appropriate bedding/sheets
